For 2027 and 2028, single-day estate reservations range from $16,000 to $30,000, depending on the season and day of the week. October–May rates are $30,000 for Saturdays, $24,000 for Fridays, and $22,000 for Sundays. June–September rates are $22,000, $18,000, and $16,000 respectively.
The Signature Estate Weekend is $58,000 October–May and $42,000 June–September, including two nights of accommodations for up to ten guests and space for three celebrations.
Catering, bar, planning, décor, and event rentals are additional.

Your total wedding investment includes the estate reservation plus catering, bar service, planning, décor, rentals, and entertainment. Costs vary based on your guest count, selected vendors, and the details of your celebration.

Single-day reservations include daytime Bridal Suites. The Signature Estate Weekend also includes two nights of accommodations for up to ten guests, a welcome gathering, the wedding celebration, and a farewell gathering.

Catering and bar service, wedding planning, floral design, furniture and specialty rentals, entertainment, and event production are arranged separately through our preferred partners or approved professionals.

Single-day reservations include access from 9:00 AM for vendor setup and daytime Bridal Suites, plus six consecutive hours of celebration. Celebrations conclude by 11:00 PM, with vendor breakdown and departure completed by 2:00 AM. Earlier access may be arranged in advance.
For the Signature Estate Weekend, vendor access begins Friday at 9:00 AM, with residence check-in at noon. The weekend includes a four-hour welcome gathering, six-hour wedding celebration, and four-hour farewell gathering. Sunday’s farewell concludes by 1:00 PM, all guests depart by 2:00 PM, and final vendor collections are completed by 4:00 PM.

The Conservatory accommodates 150 guests for a seated reception with a dance floor and band, or up to 180 with an approved layout. Outdoor configurations for up to 250 guests may be considered with prior approval and an appropriate weather-contingency plan.

Yes. You may choose your planner and creative vendors, subject to estate approval, insurance, and applicable licensing requirements.
We recommend our preferred catering partners. Other professional caterers may be considered with prior written approval and must meet our service and operational requirements.
There is no outside-vendor administration fee. Any additional operational services are quoted separately.

The Signature Estate Weekend includes five guest suites accommodating up to ten overnight guests for two nights, with Friday noon check-in and Sunday 2:00 PM checkout.
Single-day reservations include daytime Bridal Suites for preparation and hospitality; overnight accommodations are excluded.

The Signature Estate Weekend includes space for a Friday welcome reception or rehearsal dinner and a Sunday farewell brunch or reception, each for up to 50 guests and up to four hours, in addition to the Saturday wedding celebration.
Catering, bar, rentals, and décor for each gathering are arranged separately. Additional days or expanded event programs may be requested and are quoted separately.

Yes. Valet parking service is included with both estate buyouts coordinated according to the approved guest count and event schedule.

The Conservatory offers an air-conditioned indoor event setting, and our team will work with your planner to discuss weather-contingency arrangements based on your guest count, selected spaces, and approved event layout.
Any additional weather-related installations or rentals are arranged separately.
